In the year 1289 NGZ a whole part of Terrania, the capitol of the League of Free Terrans simply disappeared from the face of Earth, tranfered away by a deive called Heliotic Fortress. Alashan, the part of Terrania that disappeared, was the home of the TLA Tower, the Headquarters of the LFT intelligence agency Terran League Agency and of more than 300.000 humans, some aliens and one of the Immortals.
It was never heard of again.
In 2004 the Stargate Command Expedition to the lost city of Atlantis had to face a large storm rolling towards the floating city. The city was evacuated and the storm threatened to destroy the city. But the shield dome of Atlantis could be activated in the last moment to save the city. But the shield wasn't the only that that was activated.
